Exceptional stay with superb amenities

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a King Room, Non-Smoking, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel was immaculate and offered a variety of amenities, including a delightful heated pool and personal exercise bikes in some rooms. The location was ideal for visiting nearby attractions like SeaWorld and Universal, making it the perfect base for my adventures. If there was anything to improve, it would be to offer more variety in breakfast choices.

It was just a prime choice for a quick stopover in Orlando with exceptional value. The AC worked perfectly after a bit of fussing with it, making for a comfortable stay. Make sure to check the thermostat to avoid temperature surprises.

Perfect for families but staff need a boost

The lobby is super nice and the room was huge for us! We had two queens and a bunk bed, perfect for our crew. Housekeeping was hit or miss—sometimes great, sometimes lacking. Breakfast was OK, wish it was more consistent, and some staff could use a little more friendliness. Overall, still a fun stay!

During our stay, we took a family trip to a nearby theme park, which was a blast! The large room accommodations were perfect for all of us to relax after a long day. The location was super convenient, and the kids loved the free breakfast!

In my wife’s opinion, housekeeping needs serious improvement. Our room wasn't cleaned properly during our stay, and they didn’t replace essential items.

i enjoy coming to tryp a lot. it's my third time here! the bed is super comfortable, and the staff is really friendly. i love how clean and quiet the room is. also, it’s fairly close to many shops and restaurants, which makes things easy.

The breakfast options were quite limited.

The stay was overall pleasant with clean rooms and friendly staff. I loved the great location near the parks. However, the air conditioning could not be set below 71 degrees, making it quite uncomfortable at times. Also, I wish the breakfast hours were clearer.

Great stay with big family rooms!

Had a spacious room for my fam of 6, with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was decent, but they often ran out of stuff. Some staff were friendly, but others were pretty rude, which was annoying. Floors in the shower can be super slippery. Overall, a mix of good and bad vibes.

I stayed here for a weekend trip to explore the nearby attractions, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the spacious layout. Although I had a minor issue with the security deposit, I got it back promptly after my stay. The staff were very helpful, especially during a hectic check-in, and the pool area was well-maintained.

I adored the fresh local veggie vibe and the chill scene at nearby joints like Thai Thani and The Grill at Grande Vista—definitely epic finds! Plus, the pool area is so well-maintained, and the check-in experience was smooth sailing.

Those hotel pillows? Major flop! Also, breakfast was pretty basic—if you're craving something tasty, hit up the café down the street instead.
